hello all... I got c section on feb16. now can i do yoga or exercise plz suggest me....

wait till you complete six months.. you can go for brisk walk now..
just eat healthy.. avoid sugary and fried items.. have lots of fluids.


I waited 5 months after my c sec to start. sonam patel is right go on walks and dont be in any rush. Your body needs time to normalise. Hope you and baby are doing good
