hey.. constipation in early pregnancy is quite common... include fiber rich foods..fruits vegetables, beans etc in your diet and keep drinking enough water.
have warm water early in the morning....

drink hot water in empty stomach and then eat 10 to 20 raisins u will get back to normal in no time

same problem wid me too but my gynecologist stopped my iron pills for sumtym nd I opted for homeopathic medicine but don't stop roughage nd fibre hav lots of water nd juices nd salad
