hi meenakshi pls consult ur dr. Dr Charmi Thakker Deshmukh kindly advise!

Dr. Shilpitha Shanthappa

Hello meenakshi...
as you are in 36th week, Baby usually drops-  Once your baby "drops" (a process called "lightning"), you will feel increasingly uncomfortable. You will feel pressure in your lower abdomen, and you'll notice that you have to urinate very often - even more frequently than you did in your first trimester! If your baby is positioned very low in your pelvis, you may also feel vaginal pressure and discomfort, cramps also...  Because your baby is taking up more space in your pelvic area, you may find painful fetal movements too... some tips to relieve- have warm water, just be calm and sleep in left lateral position and rest more... But, better to consult your doctor once as he/she can advice you better...

thanku Dr.Shilpitha Shanthappa

Since you are above 36 weeks some amount pain pain and pelvic discomfort is expected. I would not worry much. however visiting your Gynecologist will be good idea
