Congratulations! By when are you planning for a baby?
Congratulations! How many weeks are you?
I have a
1 year old baby
help me also for the same..
upto now what i understood is we shud eat fresh fruits and veg that too washed in salt water. avoid papaya and pineapple.if u r non veg, try to avoid fishes coz they contain small mercury whch can harm baby. avoid half boiled egg, meat and all. dont eat hot and spicy and the foods whch create heat in body like dates mango etc. avoid eating too much dry fruits but can eat 2 to 3 daily .
Now only water shud be our close friend .drink 2 to 3 ltrs a day. it ll maintain our body temp, throw out all waste mat.., and keep baby safe as our amniotic fluid ll be balanced.
bt I dnt think ny fruits create heat in body except papaya
ya ya but avoid mango alsi. dont eat too much
pineapple contain bromelain, which softens the cervix leading to miscarriage....its just a matter of nine months, avoid all these for baby
pinapple and raw pappaya not good for frst and second trimester of pregnancy....spicy and oil food to much not good for last trimester of pregnancy...
You can eat every thing that is healthy in moderation. Also remember that it should suit you and if you don't have any negative reactions to the food then it is safe to consume.
