hello everyone,is that drinking excess water at night is hazardous??..I used to drink lot of warm water at night only..plz do guide

It is advisable to drink warm water first thing in the morning as it helps in cleansing your system and kick start your day.

Drinking upto 4 litres of water a day for a person who has an active lifestyle is not harmful. Warm water can be had at any time of the day as a personal preference. Warm water in the morning helps in weight loss and helps pass regular bowel movements.

drinking much water at night is of no use. I mean no health benefits in doing that. it'll just make you to wake up every now and then for loo.
