Dr. Shilpitha Shanthappa
Actually it is a myth...
Many factors determine an individual baby's chances of survival. The most important of these are- The baby's gestational age (number of completed weeks of pregnancy) at the time of birth, The baby's weight, The presence or absence of breathing problems, The presence or absence of congenital abnormalities or malformations, The presence or absence of other severe diseases, especially infection.. A baby's chances for survival increases 3-4% per day between 23 and 24 weeks of gestation and about 2-3% per day between 24 and 26 weeks of gestation. After 26 weeks the rate of survival increases at a much slower rate because survival is high already... hence, it always depend on individual babies...

why are you thinking on this Sakshi Bansal? be Happy and remember every pregnancy and baby is unique
I delivered unexpectedly at 32 weeks of pregnant. Baby had respiratory problems and infections. By luck my baby weight was 2.1 at the time of birth. So they kept NICU for 10 days only. Now he is 2 month old and weighs 3.3. So doctor told us to treat like a normal baby. Dr.Shilpitha Shanthappa

The credit goes to not only me, for my husband too. He gave me love care happiness strength faith confidence etc whatever a wife need during pregnancy. If we have such a caring and loving husband, we need not to worry about pregnancy and post pregnancy. Dr.Shilpitha Shanthappa
Sakshi BansalI think its a myth. In this time we should not worry or think too much. Its not good for your baby. Have faith and confidence. Whatever has written in our fate that will happen.
faheema nizar how true....you don't need anyone if your husband is your side...God bless your family 😘
