i feel hunger during nite during my pregnancy... so wat r d options?



eat some snacks.. like dates.... apricot

I used to get hungry at 4 to 5 am when I was pregnant..I usually ate apple that time...its really good for baby as well...n u will satisfy with ur hunger

plz tell me something to be eaten during 2 to 3am...

in some case apple mat causes gas... bt ve dates... gud in every aspect

Hunger pangs at night during pregnancy are fairly normal. Aim at eating a balanced diet which includes carbs veggies and protein at night. Additionally you can have a bowl of curd or a cup of milk at bed time. In the middle of the night if you are hungry you can try threptin biscuits, nuts, seeds, banana etc.
