Guys Siddy still has a month and more to wean.. Was thinking of buying a High Chair by Christmas.. Can I just make him sit in it, even if not feeding? Also, what is better..booster seat or high chair?

If baby is sitting in upright position then u can go for it now.
I recommend booster seat as its more comfortable for baby.

Yes ofcourse. I let my lil one play too

Satarupa before going for a high chair let me give you few advices 1. High chair is meant for EATING, never make the baby sit unnecessarily. This way they will understand high chair means Eating time. No playing in high chair, sometimes I make Atarah sit on it and watch me cooking but but I always give her something to snack on. So when I bring the high chair she gets excited thst she will get a meal. 2. High chair is not arrest the baby and make him eat. If the entire family sits down or sit on the sofa and eat, we can't expect the baby to sit alone and eat on the high chair. So make sure you sit along with him at the dining tablet and eat. 3. They love to feed on our lap, I usually use high chair for breakfast and lunch, snacks and dinner on my lap, so don't be strict. If he wants to come down please unlock him.4. I would recommend high chair than booster chair because it can be used for longer years. 5. Buy a sturdy high chairs, I use luvlap and happy with the quality. Ask me anything if you need.

I use high chair. Bought booster chair first but returned it. Using luvlap. Use it when your baby can sit. I am all alone at home so I make my baby sit on it when I need to manage some work (cooking. Bathing etc) and she is too demanding to be on me ( godi )
