Stay fit.
Do walking and little home exercises ..
Eat healthy. .include dryfruits,fruits,salad, coconut water in Ur diet. .
Drink lot of water. Be positive and keep Ur mood cheerful...
Tc pregnancy is the beautiful phase where changes happens to u mentally and physically every day. .there will be mood swings and irritation.
But it's on u how u take it. Njoy and cherish this . .
