Unko har roj 30 minutes walk karne bolye... Fir dheere dheere 30 minute ki exercise shuru kare... Oily aur meetha na khaaye. Ghar par bna healthy khaana hi khaaye...Bahar ka na khaaye...Khaane ko chote chote portion me khaaye...Ye ni ki sirf pet bhar ke breakfast, lunch aur dinner kar liya.. thoda thoda kar k har 2 ghante me khaaye... Isse metabolism acha rhega...Paani kam se kam 3 lites piye... Protein waali chije jaise ki non veg, paneer, dahi, mix daal, threptin biscuits, ankurit chana moong jaisi chije jyada khaaye...
