Paani jayada se jayada piye.. agr aap se simple Paani nhi piya jata.. to aap pani Ko kisi bhi tarike se pi Sakti hai.. jese ki.. buttermilk (chaah), nimbu Pani, nariyal Pani, shikanji, sharbat etc. Vegetables soup bhi jarur piye.. Doctor ne jo aapko iron calcium vitamin tablet di hai... Unhe time par lena mat bhuliyga…
