its nrml dear dnt wrry..just use pillow below ur legs while u sleep..it wud definetly provide u some relieve from ur pain

it's normal may be ur resting too much try to walk in ur own room slowly slowly ur stiffness will get reduced
it may because of the weight you are gaining.. and there are so many things going on in your body so you will feel tired too.. dnt b seated or standing too long.. have brisk walk in the morning and evening.. and take rest too..
