What kind of pain you have?..if it's lower abdominal and bearable it's ok as it happens but if unbearable, persistent then show to doctor..also it may be body ache or pain in back and legs..for that take plenty of water..other fluids like electrolytes.. Coconut water, buttermilk, ORS..also do warm sikai..and use pillow for back support and beneath your legs
