प्रेगनेंसी में ऐसा होना नार्मल बात है। लगभग सभी को होता है। अगर बहुत ज्यादा परेशानी होती है तो डॉक्टर से बात कर के दावा ले सकते हो। आप हर 2 घंटे में थोड़ा थोड़ा कर के खाये। खाने के बाद टहले। पानी ज्यादा पिये। निम्बू पानी, नारियल पानी और जूस पी सकते है जिससे मुँह का स्वाद बदले। आप चाहे तो कुछ चॉकलेट, कैंडी भी खा सकते हो मन को ठीक करने के लिए।

Pregnancy me jee ghabrana normal hain aap tension mat lo.
Aap nimbu pani ya orange le sakte ho.
Khane ke baad walk karo.
