I have a
1 year old baby
I too face the same sometimes with heaviness.What I try is some yoga breathing exercises- 1) Deep inhaling and exhaling from nose.
2) Inhaling from nose, exhaling from mouth slowly.
3) Alternate nostril breathing (aloom viloom).
Try to be in calm posture, relax and concentrate on your breathing before trying any of the above exercises.
It helped me, give it a try as it don't have any side effects either.
