hello...Ek maa ko apna khayal rakhne ke sath baby ka khyal bhi rakhna hota hai.isliye Delivery ke baad ghar me dry fruits ke ladadu dijiye. Baby hone ke baad me proper nutrition diet Leni chaiye....jisme vitamin, calcium, protein, iron,zinc, carbohydrates..etc.. sabhi mojud ho... Iske liye aap mosaam k anusar fruit green vegetables Salad Dairy products... Daal.. rajma. .. inme protein mojud hota hai. Paani jayada se jayada piye.. agr aap se simple Paani nhi piya jata.. to aap pani Ko kisi bhi tarike se pi Sakti hai.. jese ki.. buttermilk (chaah), nimbu Pani, nariyal Pani, shikanji, sharbat etc. Agar apko milk kam aye to aap satvari powder milk me daalkar lijiye or jeere ka pani bhi.
