hi dear... drink 3 ltrs of water, avoid salt, avoid junk food and fried food, be active. when resting, keep your legs elevated. take good rest and sleep 8 hrs. avoid coffee take a balanced diet and keep checking your bp. if you notice sudden swellings notify your gynec. immediately.

firstly be positive... dont worry too much... Rest, lying on your left lateral side helps to increase blood supply to fetus. Increase prenatal checkups. Consume less salt.. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.. Change your diet to include more protein.. Don’t eat a lot of fried foods and junk food. Get enough rest. Exercise regularly. Elevate your feet several times during the day. avoid beverages with caffeine..
