It is normal. As long as there is no mucus its fine.

like Priya Sood check for mucus. also check if anything you are feeding baby is not suiting him. ensure that you are following the three day rule while introducing new foods... Roopashree Siddireddy

check with your doctor... if it's more and watery chances of dehydration. Give more water to baby. And just feed one item in the morning.. and slowly increase the feed. Don't force feed. what u are giving to baby matters a lot?

Harneet (clanpedia)

when u start solids.. poo count does increase. unless its black or white - extremely runny or smelly., or has mucus...everythin is normal.

doc also advised the same ...keep chkg fr mucus rather than poo counts. thanks a lot fr ur help

what if mucus is present in baby's poop?

Sheeba Vijesh

Aashia Abdulla if baby has cough, then there are chances of some mucus in stools as they cannot spit out phlegm and phlegm can only be removed either by vomiting or through poop. but large amount of mucus can signify intestinal inflammation or infections...
