I dont feel like eating fruits except oranges...is there any other alternative to fruits..will it be fine if i dont eat fruits at all...as my rest of the appetite is fine..n i eat everything else other than fruits

no fruits are very imp in pregnancy u an eat apple everyday and oranges are gud for digestion

avoid papaya and pine apple. you have lods of choices , try coconut water it works best.


I mostly take Oranges, Apples and Pomegranate
If you don't like fruits,  you can go for fruit juices, preferably home made.
