listen to music often, if you are homemaker try creative dishes, your hobby, if your working enjoy every bit of your work.do listen morning ragas on you tube, read good books, talk to a close friend often, walk morning and evening and talk to your baby. limit your thoughts nothing is imp now, think of only baby now. take Care.
