my daughter is about to 9 years n her weight is over....almost 49...how should i try to loss her weight?

have you consulted with doctor? sometimes hormone or thyroid imbalance can also cause overweight. if baby is overweight due to poor diet, then first get her to adopt healthy eating habits. also get her to join some activity such as swimming, dancing or yoga...


How is the diet you give her. A healthy diet and exercise/ playtime will ensure weight is in normal range. Does she play sports?

first chk her diet. weight gain is mostly cause of our diets. also is she active in and after school ? if not engage her in some activties like swimming, or karate classes, aerobics, skating. let her help u in some household chores. meanwhile u can set up a consultation with a doctor to rule out any other issues.

Hi momma... I feel d best thing to do is to let ur girl indulge in good outdoor physical activities... It's really important to be careful while u doing this,  kids are sensitive n it shouldn't become obvious to her...
There are a lot of places that offer good physical activities for kids...
Play in a park together,  go for swimming, dance together, teach her some martial arts...
Plz try to join her for any such activities if u can,  this would motivate her and it would also help u both bond
Also u can keep a check on the oil and butter intake.. Don't stop completely, but try not to overdo it
