hi everyone,  i m 14 wk pregnant. but i have nausea n vomiting occurs till now. moreover there is problem of constipation. i dont feel hunger. what can i do????  wat i hv to eat so dat baby gets nutrition

I am suffering from the same .. Have coconut water daily .. It is advised to have it before sunset .. Eat apples .. I hated apples but now they do not annoy me much .. U can also try watermelons .. if you are unable to consume solids .. try liquids .. I think chaas/ buttermilk helps a lot .. avoid spicy food .. have less tea/ coffee ..

Eat small meals and choose healthy options. There are many foods which you will be able to take as long as you are able to hold some food and water it is fairly common. For constipation have lots of water, juice and soups with the pulp, high fibre items like whole grains and you could also have some soaked raisins every day.
