wait for atkeast 6 weeks... you can start walking now... till 6 months no heavy weights to be lifted. before beginning exercises, consult with your doc

yes.. as sheeba said as of now you can go for walks.. and usually it's recommended to start exercises after 6 months..

wear abdominal binder or tummy tucker..after 6 months u can strt exercise til then continue walking
