mam I am 2months pregnant...can u pls tell me any important precautions for starting month,also m suffering from vomiting....pls suggest me

vomiting will be there for 3-4 months... as soon as you wake up, before leaving bed have dry carbs such as rusk or marie biscuit. have tea with cumin seeds will also help. rest well, eat a balanced diet with more proteins, fruits and leafy vegetables, try to avoid coffee, drink 3 ltrs of water...

the first three months are very important fr fetal development. have a healthy diet, fluids n rest with moderate activity. for vomiting which is more than the usual nausea of pregnancy ask ur doc fr medicines. these are not harmful n can help u feel better overall. eat small quantities of easily digested food every few hours instead of a plate full of a meal. drink few sips of any fluid u like throughout the day. tc

Best advices are already given by Super moms. ..just wanted to add don't eat Papaya and Pineapple during pregnancy you can have Mango but in moderation...be happy and chill☺
