do some household work like cleaning the floor..do stretching at home itself. ..
Yes Dishita Patel everything is possible dear. Pregnancy weight usually reduce while breastfeeding. You can opt Yoga classes as Prachi said....avoid fats..do regular walk for half an hour two times...warm water with honey will also help.
ya....I will do...but I have confusion about which honey is pure and good for weight loss

Dishita Patel yes!! it is very much possible to lose weight after c section. start with walking half an hour everyday. if you can do it twice a day even better. control the portion sizes of your meals. increase the protein and reduce the carbs. have 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones. monitor your weight regularly. after your baby completes 6 months, start with some workout- yoga, strength training, Pilates anything you like. but start with less intensity and as you start feeling stronger you can amp up your workouts. do check with your doctor before you start any rigorous workout routine for yourself. and if you need any guidance feel free to ping me. I lost 14kgs post c section. aapko bhi possible hai :-)
