there is no particular diet that you can follow.  your doctor must have prescribed you medications and rest. continue the same.

subchorionic hemorrhage is very commonly seen in early pregnancy. it usually resolves by itself. at the most a repeat scan can be done.  but if u experience pain or bleeding inform doc right away. dont worry. just rest well n take ur meds.
