For cough - drink a spoon of honey with powdered pepper before going to bed or whenever required. drink few ml of milk mixed with turmeric. you can also keep 4-5 peppers in your mouth (don't need to bite and eat, don't need to swallow) if you eat pepper that's also a good remedy for cough
