Hi, dont be stressed as stress can effect breastmilk supply. Eat healthy, include foods like oats, fruits, green leafy vegetables in your diet. It's a good idea to feed your baby on demand. When my sister was facing low milk supply, the doctor recommended Aptamil Gold stage 1 for her 2 month old baby. It contains prebiotics and HMO'S. They are the good bacteria in the baby's gut that help strengthen their immunity. It also helps in digestion

Hi dear, I can totally understand your concern. pls avoid stress as it is a major factor impacting the supply of breastmilk. When I had this issue, satavari powder helped me to increase milk. Also add jaggery, coconut, green leafy vegetables, paneer etc in your diet. Baby should be feed after every 2 hours. I have given Aptamil Gold formula milk to my baby which has Prebiotics As it increase the good bacteria in baby's gut leading to strenthening their immunity. Its closest to breastmilk so no worry about baby's complete nutritions.
