While I know occasional binging on them isn't harmful what I was guilty about was actually the regular consumption of them.
And then I found the healthy "chips" by @themumumco (I am glad my daughterhas easily accepted them as chips). These come in 3-4 differebt flavours arw made up of all real things. Ni added colours, no added preservatives, no added sugar. So basically no harmful things.
Now my life is sorted as everytime we are travelling or otherwise too my daughter asks for chips I hand her these. I also like eating them with chopped onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves and trust me they make for great snacks.
