I feel its really important to stay fit, irrespective of your weight. I have always been on the plumper side but always walked, went to the gym for cardio and did other little things to keep myself fit and active. After having a baby a half hearted effort was not enough. Although for the longest time I kept trying to convince myself that running after the child is enough exercise. It was after I joined yoga that i realised that its not just about the weight, its about being fit and feeling fit! Hemant Sir takes classes morning and evening in multiple locations. His yoga is not your usual slow yoga, its more of power yoga. The best part about it is that he doesn't let you turn on fans or ACs. You tend to sweat a lot more and in no time your body gets fit. I have been doing his classes for almost 2 months and people have already started complimenting me for how much weight I have lost. He also does personal classes. He gives a trial class and is a MUST TRY!
