Dr Nigamaja is an angel sent to help pregnant women. She is a women's health physiotherapist, early childbirth educator and a great advisor all rolled into one. Her venture, Active Moms, aims to keep preggy women fit and healthy to help tremendously increase the odds of a normal delivery. Her exercise sessions are easy to follow. She's open to questions and personally tries to attend to you on labour day to make it easier. She charges per session and one course lasts for 8 sessions. She recommends two courses, one during trimester 1 and the next during trimester 3 before delivery. I highly recommend her services if you want an able guide to stay healthy during and after pregnancy.
