I rarely ever write reviews, but I just had to do so today. I feel so strongly about the service that I received from Dr. Ragini and the staff at W, that it would have been wrong for me not to share it with others. She is literally the best obs/gyno I have ever had!
Okay, so I've lived in London for most of my life and had certain doctors/ GPs I would always consult for any medical issue. I recently moved to Gurgaon for a project and was really nervous about switching my doctors.
My appointment itself with Dr. Ragini was an absolute joy. She was conversational, gentle, attentive and listened to every concern I had. She spends an appropriate amount of time with you, addresses your questions and shares her thoughts on best practices based on your needs. I find her ability to connect and inform without lapsing into medical jargon refreshing. Not only is her 'bedside manner' great but her staff runs a tight ship with excellent communication both pre and post appointment and most importantly the schedule runs on time.
Highly recommended!
