Samriddhi goel is a certified dietician and fitness trainer. I visited her for my postnatal and lactation diet.

On calling her office, size wise, they took my appointment and at the same time notified me to undergo a battery of blood tests before visiting her. This saved me from one appointment plus I went prepared to her. On entering her clinic, they checked my vitals like blood pressure, weight and height. Her assistant then sat me down and asked me my history of food habits in detail. They asked me what I prefer to eat for all my 3 meals and also what I love to snack on. She took into account all the health issues I had and also my family history. She made sure to note down what I absolutely hate to eat and what are my favorites even though all the favorites were unhealthy.

After this I had a detailed conversation with her on what I think about of food, fitness and diets. She encouraged me to take some time out from the baby schedule and walk for a few minutes a day to just feel healthier.

Since I couldn't visit her every week, she gave me the option of online consultation at an added cost. A year back her charges were 5500 for the consolation and follow-ups for one month and 500 additionally for an online diet.

Her diet is no doubt really easy and fun to follow. She combines your day with carbohydrates, proteins, veggies, meats etc. and balances them so well that you don't have to take care of it yourself. She specifically tells you what to eat for every meal I detail, leaving you no thinking, just following, making the diet so easy to follow. And guess what? There are days she even includes pani puri in your diet. Yes you read it right, pani puri. She includes all your preferences in the diet. There are no fancy and unheard of foods included in the diet, which are even heavy on your pocket. Her mantra is simple, eat your everyday food but just balance it well, which she takes care of.

I not only dropped a few pounds but it also definitely increased my lactation and also I wasn't tied down to all the postnatal lactation food that our grandmas force us to eat. She kept my diet so interesting and exciting that I actually looked forward to my meals everyday. I would totally recommend her to everyone.
