I took my 2.3 year old kid to Ashrafs. The parlor was nice clean and newly built. But I would not  say it was a child friendly parlor. It's like any other parlor. No special chair or any other attraction for kids. My son cried through out. He was not even ready to sit on the chair so I had to put him on my lap. I tried to distract him by showing videos on my mobile but didn't worked much. The cutter was doing his job well but didn't had the understanding that the child is too small to understand  what he was saying. He was talking like he is talking to 6year old kid. They charged rs 200 for a cut.
