Getting his appointment can be really tough. If you walk in then be ready to spend 3-4hours in d waiting.
I visited him once and had to wait for 4.5 hrs.
The reason why I went to him was that his clinic was nearby and had heard great reviews about him. Also after such a long wait his assistant saw my daughter, and trust me because of this assistant my girl developed a fear of doctors.
He feared that my girl had hand foot and mouth and inserted a spatula in her mouth to check that, n my girl was in great discomfort.
He told me she had the beginning of hand foot and mouth, and prescribed medicines.
I came out and insisted that I wanted to meet Dr Chittal and would wait more.
Aftr an hour more I got to meet him and that too in a rush.
He attended to my girl and in a fun way asked her to show him the inside of her mouth. He had to try hard since his assistant's inexperience had scared my girl.
He was reassuring and listened to what I had to say.
Also gave me his contact no. And told me I could msg or call him anytime.
After a few days again for some reason I had to contact him, and was available on the call.
Now the reason why I never went back to him:
1. I know he is available on phone, but there r times you physically want to meet a doctor for reassurance.
2. Getting his appointment is a difficult task.
3. If you walk in, get ready to wait for hours.
Again I would like to say that he is a great doctor and is very good with children. But as a mother I would prefer a doctor whom I can meet physically.
