I called this morning to find out the timings & if they had parking facility. I was told that I had to pay & park on the main road & take the long walk in. When I mentioned that it is a bit difficult to do that with a toddler & suggested they should have valet, he rudely tells me that they are not a hotel to offer valet. To which I responded that the GoodEarth store which is next door to them offers valet. His response to this was shocking. In these exact words he stated, " Don't come Madam, I'm not forcing you to come." To top it off, he slammed the phone down before I could even react!!!
In today's customer centric age, I have never come across somebody speak like that especially since it is a new space & they need to do everything to increase footfalls.
This short conversation has completely put me off & I don't think I will recommend or ever visit this library.
