Wholewheat Banana Pancakes
This is a simple and basic pancake recipe.
Ingredients :
✴ Wheat flour

✴ Banana

✴ Egg / Curd

✴ Salt
Procedure :
✴ Mix all the above ingredients to get the pancake batter.

✴ Add water to get pouring consistency

✴ Grease ghee / oil on a nonstick pan

✴ Pour the pancake batter to get small pancakes

✴ Flip sides and cook properply

✴ And pancakes are ready, pour honey while serving.

Our Pure Story !
Empowerment starts at home when you know how to liberate the people around you who have sacrificed a lot in life. It includes everything from adjusting in families, raising 2-3 children's, taking care of family needs, running a house, tackling financial problems etc.
Most importantly they somewhere forget to take care of themselves while doing a lot for others. And Mom's will never ask or expect anything from you how much ever successful or growing you must be in your life.
It's our responsibility to take care of them and make sure they are also growing with us in time and feel independent. Here's a short story of me and my mom.
It started last year december when we both decided to get fit and start a healthy lifestyle. It's not always diet that is wrong it is our lifestyle our habits which also plays a major role.
So we started slowly with clean eating under guidance and with my mom's age and weight it use to take time but this lady never fails to surprise me with her dedication. Today she is 10kgs lighter than last year and much fitter.
She still has a long way to go but I love how her transformation at this age is so inspiring. Now she goes for walks and gym most importantly is taking out time for herself.
This gives me immense joy seeing her doing all this after all age is just a number and dedication is all that matters. This was the first time ever she wore a jeans and with such confidence it was really proud moment for me.
This is where I feel I did my part in supporting and encouraging her decision. 💁Cough & Cold Home Remedies :
Colds and cough are the most common reasons for baby. When it comes to the common cold, there is no one-stop cure for it – no antibiotics, no syrups, and no pills. However, there are several remedies that can offer your child some relief when he’s sneezing and wheezing all day long, thanks to an irritating cold or cough. It is better to provide such remedies to your infant from your kitchen than a medical shop.
💁Some Dos and Don’ts:
Remember to give your baby an age-appropriate remedy for his cold and cough.

Do not neglect the cold or cough; this may lead to something more serious such as pneumonia.

Do not panic or get restless when the child does not stop crying.

Do try and keep different remedies ready and within your reach, especially at night.

Do consult a paediatrician if you notice something unusual, such as green mucus.

Do not neglect high fever and consult the paediatrician immediately.

Remember to use ingredients that the baby is not allergic to.

Healthy cake....

Why healthy?

Because I used wheat flour, ragi flour, oats powdered. Also, jaggery + sugar mix. And lots of dry fruits.

I know it's too much at once but believe me it was easiest and yummiest. 😋

My oven is under repair from many days so I was not baking anything. And I am not the perfect baker. But from many days seeing many moms's doing healthy bakes for their kids I wanted to try for my daughter as well. She loves cakes.❤

So after doing so research on YouTube, I came up with this recipe.

And one of my friend on Instagram shared her idea of making cakes in idli cooker. So I mixed both ideas and made this healthy cakes
Ingredients & Quantity::

.

Dry ingredients:

Wheat flour 1/2 cup

Ragi flour+ oats flour 1/2 cup

Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

Dry fruits( raisins, almonds, cashews)

Chico chips.

Wet ingredients:

1Egg white

Oil 1/2 cup

Milk 1cup

Jaggery+ sugar(powdered) mix 1/2 cup

Procedure::

Firstly mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in another bowl with jaggery+sugar mix. Try to dissolve sugar+jaggery mix in wet ingredients.

Then mix both dry and wet ingredients together.

I use steel idli cooker.

Keep the cooker on low flame. Leave lower tray empty. Then grease other tray and pour mixture. Close the cooker. And cook it for 20min on low flame. Keep watch on lower trays, As they get burnt.

And ta da your cake in idli cooker is ready..

(Vegetarians can use 1 cup milk + vinegar or buttermilk).
