Mom guilt - You basically never win with yourself . . It is a feeling of being guilty, ‘I shouldn’t have done that’, uncertainty and doubt experienced by every mother when they worry about being a perfect mom or certainly a feeling of failing or falling short of expectations on a day to day basis. . . It is commonly seen in many mothers particularly new, working or single mums the variables that contribute to this phenomenon are numerous and intense. Although it doesn’t matter if you’re a stay at home mum or a working one..every mum feels this guilt. You feel it’s all because of you, should have tried another alternative, should have stayed calm, need to work on your patience levels, shouldn’t have been harsh and what not..agree? . . Use these tips to implement in your life : -Set a tone to talk to your little ones when you loose your cool! (being loud won’t work always) -Get some space from people that cause you constant guilts. -Consider the other person’s word (mostly your spouse, because he can guide you the best) -Take a day out and get some ‘me time’! -Set a routine for your kids so that they know what to expect at that particular time. -Stay calm..you can try this once and make it a habit. . . Mom guilts are difficult to handle sometimes and it comes rushing each day. I try not losing my cool but even we mums get tired..we don’t get time for ourselves. . . Read the first line..it is just a feeling..as long as the baby is happy being with her mum..you’re doing great & yes you really are! . . Drop your comments on this and share your experiences! . #youngmomjournal#mamaofsimra#bbcreatorsclub#babychakramom#babychakra#babychakrapost#momguilt#motherhood#parenting

For the moms who cried after scolding the kids for being stubborn mini version of themselves.😔 . Yes the mom guilt sucks. These battles are getting real as they get older. And Adulting is bloody hard. It can be challenging too and crazy on tough days. These little people can push you to the brink of insanity. They test you and then you react, you cry, you hurt and you are tired. You feel lonely. This was exactly how I felt in the morning today! I am not proud of it. I am sad. I am not perfect and my life still has some dark and grey moments like these. Trust me it’s not always as colorful as the squares you see here on my feed🙏🏽 . This is crazy stage for all parents. But in the end everything will be worth it. We moms are not alone We are enough We are important We give our best “For those little eyes you are perfect. For the little arms you are strongest , for those little hearts they want nothing but you. Because you are enough, mom. Your are wonderful” .
Even perfect human beings Sorry, I am not judging anyone... When I scroll my feed I can see
Someone is having perfect day.
Babies are having wholesome breakfast
Kids enjoying their activities perfectly too.
But that is not the case.. Lots of DM about how you are baby is so Helathy.
How could your baby eat whole breakfast, lunch in one go.. How could see is busy with activities not having screen time... Let me tell you guys your just seeing one side of the coin.. Which is picture perfect, brightness perfect, and all... My baby doesn't eat well.. It took almost half hour or may be more than that to complete her plate... She doesn't sleep in one go too 3-4 bed time stories, lullabies than some irritated voice of mine accompanied too.. She never had a perfect activity day. I spend lots of time to create DIY activities for her and sometimes she doesn't like to play with that.. My house is complete mess with toys, food stains on sofa, lots of laundries etc... And I am not a PERFECT MOTHER EVERY DAY I DO MISTAKES
