Today was a tough day for this mama.. I had a stiff neck, a raging cold, throat pain, tonnes of workload, my child was at home because of dussera holidays, my child is unwell, my maid took an off and I lost it at my daughter for being so cranky. You are the first thing that comes into my mind when I need a reason to smile.😊

Sometimes we are not mentally in a mood to smile but these lil kids has a power to lift up our mood in seconds.
We as adults get to learn so many things from our babies one moment they fell down get hurt the next second there's a smile on their face. But we tend to carry our sorrows with us.
Trying to learn this from you my baby.

THINGS YOU SHOULD NEBER INCLUDE IN YOUR CHILD’s DIET
we are always worried about diet of our kids from the day they turn 6 months everyday is a challenge due to that we try to adopt hit and trial methods but sometimes unknowingly we add some ingredients which may enhance taste or presentation of food but actually are harmful for pur kids
These are my top NOT TO INCLUDE ingredients
1. Artificial preservatives
2. Sugar and artificial sweeteners
3. MSG (used to enhance taste, used in noodles)
4. Artificial colors
5. Frozen foods
7. Edible palm oil
8. Plain flour
These products doesn’t help in anyone’s growth infact these are just harmful so try to avoid them

As they say, there’s no way to be a perfect mother but a million ways to be a good one.

I struggled during my first week of breastfeeding. It was tragic. Hurricane of emotions and hormones, physical pain, my trying to be a “perfect mom”, etc. I would hide and cry as I didn’t wanna look silly or weak or whatever.

I remember pumping at 3 am each morning, making it 6 times a day. I didn’t wanna give up, I was ready for the sweat to give my son the best. Every night with half shut eyes I would tell myself “he will latch soon, one day at a time, hang in there”.
He used to take direct feeds at night but not during the day. I pumped for him 4/5 times a day for a year and fed him directly at night, with a full time job. But I survived 😁

We moms are very strong, you will never know unless you try. So to all such moms, hang in there, you are doing great, and you are enough for your child. So don’t be hard on yourself and cherish all the moments, make your memories ❤️

If you have fed your bub for a year, a month, a day or even a minute, you tried and that’s enough.
My son is 17 months old and I am still breastfeeding him. It’s natural and no guideline should define how you want to mother your child.😊
