Dr Jitesh Sharma is the founder and director of NARCPL and  has a vast experience of nearly a decade in the field of Physiotherapy and Management. He has done Masters of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Disorders and also has a specialization in several Physiotherapy techniques including Mulligans technique.

He holds an expertise in setting up and successfully running Physiotherapy Departments in numerous leading hospitals of North India including Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Fortis Jessa Ram Hospital, Fortis Hospital, Agra . 

Also He Viist the New Age Rehabilitation Center only on appointment basis for consulting and awarded with Clinician Excellence Award by NCPT 2015 - 2015.

She is Member of Indian Association of Physiotherapist and Delhi Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy.
