ISTA wellness and fitness has been started in 2012 by a Reebok Certified Instructor and incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2014 with the motive to create awareness and importance of fitness in life. We started this venture especially for females, kids and senior citizens. Our classes are designed in a manner with different form of exercise to provide complete fitness solutions to make a person fit and healthy.

Our classes are mix of different form of exercises like Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Zumba, Body conditioning, Weight training, Core conditioning, Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga along with proper diet counseling to reduce the stress level and rejuvenate yourself.
