Sheela is a certified dietitian, having graduated with honors. She is passionate about helping her clients strike a balance between optimal nutrition and healthful exercise. A native of Haryana, Sheela Seharawat enjoys living in Gurgaon with her husband and children. She has established a private dietician practice in India in the year 2006, she has introduced her special menu plans and she is the registered dietitian with IDA, to have her own line of customized diet plans on national & international platform. Prior to her private practice, she was associated with the Army hospital. While obtaining her Masters, she has already counseled several top-notch lists of patients and conducted nutritional research to quench down her thirst for knowledge. She conducted majorly research on weight loss therapy with the consumption of food ingredients, due to her dedication & research conducted on weight loss, today Diet clinic has emerged as one of the only Clinic in India which provides the successful weight loss treatment through the diet only.
