The summer heat is here and likely to stay for a while. When it comes to amusement and water parks, Bengaluru is spoilt for choice! So wait no more and head to those on the list with the kids in tow! Take back some cool memories and beat the summer blues! 

 

1. Wonder LaOne of the largest amusement parks around Bengaluru, Wonder La is located just 28 kms. away from the city and is a favourite with children and adults alike. Spread over 82 acres of land, it has about 56 land and water-based rides. The main attraction of the park is the artificial wave pool and virtual reality show, a hit with the kids. Most people find it difficult to finish all the rides in one day. The place has numerous restaurants for people to snack up in between rides.

2. Neeladri Amusement and Water Park: Located on Hosur Road, 20 kms, from the city, Neeladri is one of the most visited parks in Bengaluru. It has a total of 45 different rides spread over 30 acres of land. Keeping safety and entertainment for the kids in mind, several rides have been designed especially for them. There is a lot of choice when it comes to food and desserts too, making it an ideal hangout.

3. Fun WorldSituated in the heart of the city, Fun World is a favorite among all age groups. Known for its green landscape, the park has an area of 22 acres and hosts visitors throughout the year. Some of the most popular land rides are Giant Wheel and the famous wave pool. It also has more than 60 simulator games for kids and a well-stocked snack bar.

4. GRS Fantasy Park: Being one of the most visited aqua parks in Bengaluru, GRS Fantasy Park, on the Bangalore-Mysore Highway, is spread out over 30 acres. This famous water park also has a few land-based rides. The popular water -based rides include the Aqua Tornado ride and Red Indian Falls. It also has a wave pool and a kiddie pool. Among its popular land rides are the Free Fall, Caterpillar and the 5D virtual ride with 3D technology. It also has an open food court.
