If the current heat wave is any indication, we are likely to reach boiling point by the time summer is through. So beat the heat and head out to these amazing water spots in and around Mumbai. Just chill!

1. Water Kingdom: This famous water park also happens to be Asia’s largest! With the distinction of being India’s oldest water park, Water Kingdom boasts of a footfall of almost 1.8 million throughout the year. Located in Gorai, in close proximity to the city, Water Kingdom prides itself on housing the largest wave pool and having rides built as per international quality standards. Even with new attractions being added, some old ones, such as the Artificial Beach, remain an all-time favourite. Water Kingdom has such a place of pride in the hearts of some that it has become a tradition for families to visit it every summer.

3. Suraj Water Park: Also known as the “Pride of Maharashtra”, Suraj Water Park has won several national and international awards. The favourite amongst all the rides available is the Har Har Gange.
