At this point you will feel hungry and how! Many expecting women find that they need to snack often and reach for whatever comes their way. To avoid munching on something unhealthy all the time, stock your refrigerator and pantry with healthy options.

 

Comfortable, lose clothes are a must now as your baby and waistline grow. Your cardiovascular system is undergoing dramatic changes and your blood pressure, during this trimester, will probably be lower than usual too.

 

Make it a point to not spring up suddenly from a sitting or lying position or you could feel dizzy. When you lie down, do make sure you lie on your side. Try placing a pillow behind you or under your hip for comfort.
