At this stage, your baby can sense you so she/he can feel it when you’re happy, sad, stressed or relaxed! This means you need to keep your stress levels to a minimum. Take time out to do something that you enjoy at least once a day, whether it’s reading, listening to music, or catching up with your friends! Keep the happy hormones flowing lady!
