Cinnamon – Ayurveda recommends using cinnamon to help increase the supply of breast milk. It also helps to delay the occurrence of menstruation after childbirth. Fenugreek – Fenugreek is a preferred ingredient to stimulate the milk glands and promote better breast milk supply. You will need to soak one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in one cup of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water along with the fenugreek seeds for a few minutes. Take it off the flame and cover with a lid. Let the water steep for a few minutes. Strain the seeds and drink this every morning for a few weeks till the milk supply increases.
