A diet rich in whole natural foods nourishes the child thoroughly. Make sure the diet portion is small nutrient dense and given at frequent intervals. The digestive system is the key to healthy nourishment and hence we must keep it clean, well hydrated with natural non-sugary fluids and filled with good bacteria.
