Millet Dosa: Healthy Breakfast For Your Family

So try this recipe and make some healthy breakfast for your family today.
Rice (I use sona masoori) - 2 cups
Any Millets of your choice (I used Little millet) - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1 cup
Toor dal/ Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Methi Seeds - 1 tsp
Poha - 1/4 cup while grinding
- Soak rice, millets, urad dal, chana dal/toor dal and methi seeds for 8 to 10 hours and grind by adding poha at the last.
- Ferment the mixture for another 6 hours.
- Batter is ready to use with salt.
Note: Whenever you are doing millet dosa for breakfast, grind the batter the day before.
