Protein Ladoo: Your Child’s Daily Dose Of Energy!

 

We can’t think of a Ladoo without sugar or jaggery. I have tried on a recipe by adding natural sweetness of the ingredients in the protein ladoo.

 

Try this recipe and make some healthy, sugar free and nutritious ladoos for your children.

 

RECIPE:

1- Heat ghee in a pan.

2- Add Walnuts, Cashew, Apricot and Pista and saute them.

3- Turn off the flame and on cooling, make a fine powder of it.

4- In another pan, take some ghee, add dates, raisin and dry figs. Saute till soften

5- Crush this mixture.

6- Mix everything and add some ghee if required.

7- Make a ladoo of this mixture.

 

 

If your kids like chocolate flavor then you can follow these steps:

  • Take Cocoa Powder on the double boiler,,
  • When it melts, add all the above things and add coconut powder..(optional)
  • Now, make ladoo of this mixture.

 

Tip: If you want some more sweetness,you can add honey.

 

Enjoy this natural sweetness and give daily to your kid.
